R4ids.cn has released Wood_R4iGold_V1.40b for R4i Gold 3DS

R4ids.cn has released Wood_R4iGold_V1.40b for R4i Gold 3DS card.

It is used for the firmware upgrade 3DS 2.2.0-4E. Besides, it fixes the interface problem of kinetic scrolling. It also fixes some application compatibilities.
